I spent decades in organizational leadership before a health crisis shifted the course of my life. When traditional medicine couldn’t provide the full answers I needed, I began searching more widely — exploring practices that connect science, spirit and the body’s natural wisdom for restoration.
It took time. It wasn’t linear. But it worked.
What I discovered reshaped not only my health, but my understanding of how people heal. Over time, a quiet intention formed: create a place where people could receive the kind of care I once needed myself.
That intention eventually became Gather Wellness Center — a place where credentialed practitioners offer grounded, heart-led care and where people can navigate transition without pressure or performance.
My role isn’t to be the face of transformation — it’s to curate a community of skilled practitioners and shape an environment where whole-person care is supported thoughtfully and intentionally.

When I first walked into the vacant church in rural Maine, I saw its potential — even though it needed significant work to become what I had envisioned. This was the container I had imagined: a place that could hold people through the uncertain, tender, transformative parts of being human.
Gather was built on that knowing — and on the belief that healing happens best in community, not in isolation.
Gather Wellness Center is the place I needed when I was in crisis — a space where credentialed practitioners bring both training and heart. Here, you don’t need to know what’s wrong or what’s next. You just need to show up.
I have spent many years practicing in and advocating for proactive approaches to wellness and guiding others who found themselves in similar seasons. But my real qualification? I’ve lived it. I know what it’s like to be dismissed, to feel lost, to search for answers in the margins.
And I know what it’s like to be met — truly met — by someone who sees you and doesn’t try to fix you.
That’s what Gather is. A space built to heal, not to perform. A place where transition isn’t rushed and transformation is honored. A place where people can heal and grow at their own pace, with acceptance and respect.
Gather is home to a collaborative team of practitioners committed to:
You don’t need to arrive with answers. You just need to arrive.
Jessica brings a steady, grounded presence to Gather, shaped by nearly two decades in nursing and clinical research alongside energy-based healing work. Her approach is informed by clarity, integrity and a deep understanding of how people move through change — physically, emotionally and energetically.
As a practitioner, Jessica supports the body’s natural movement toward balance, offering care that can be especially helpful during periods of transition, restoration or quiet recalibration.
She also serves as an end-of-life doula, supporting both individuals and families with grounding, guidance and compassion through one of life’s most profound passages.
At Gather, Jessica oversees day-to-day operations, collaborates closely with practitioners and helps ensure the center remains intentional, welcoming, and aligned with its mission to support whole-person care.

If you’re here because something shifted — because the old way isn’t working anymore and you’re not sure what comes next — you’re in the right place.
We are here to hold space, guide with clarity, and walk with you through what’s hard.
You don’t need to have it figured out. You just need to begin.
