About Gather

Gather exists because I once needed a place like it.

After decades in organizational leadership, a health challenge changed my life. Traditional medicine gave me part of an answer. I kept looking, exploring practices that connected science, spirit, and the body's natural wisdom.

Finding support took time. The practices and skilled practitioners were there, but they were scattered. I wanted one welcoming place where different approaches could sit alongside one another.

I wasn't looking for a building. Someone who knew my promise kept telling me to go look at the empty church down the road, until I finally did.

Today, I bring together skilled practitioners and shape a space for care, connection, and curiosity. My years in leadership help me hold that space thoughtfully. My own experience reminds me how much it matters to feel heard and welcomed as you are.

You don't need to know which practice might help, what support you want, or even what question you're trying to answer. Come meet the people, explore the space, and see what catches your attention.
